Interview Rachel Sutter

Rachel Sutter is a 72 year old Male to Female transgender woman who transitioned full time in 2007. She co-founded Transgender North Bay (TGNB) MTF support group in 2010, did transgender presentations at Colleges, High schools, Middle Schools,  Hospitals (ER, Geriatrics, Pediatrics), Therapists, SAY, Foster parents, Worked with troubled teens, and served on the Board of NAMI Sonoma County (National Alliance for the Mentally Ill) ~3yrs.

Now, I’ve known Rachel for about 4 years now through the TGNB support group in Santa Rosa, CA which holds its meetings at Positive Images (a local LGBTQ support organization). She has been there true and true for so many trans people in need, I truly believe that she needs to be honored for all the work/love/compassion she’s shown. Rachel is definitely one of my heroes.

Trump Presidency 2017

As you know Donald J Trump was just sworn in as the 45th president of the United States. Mandi Hauwert, Rachel Sutter and I will be discussing the ramifications of a Trump Presidency and what it means for the LGBTQ community and the transgender community. Here are the links to all the LGBTQ current events we’ll be discussing.

Thanks for listening!
